Accessibility statement

Adminformatics is committed to making our platform usable by everyone — including users who rely on assistive technologies. This statement describes our current accessibility posture and how to report barriers you encounter.

Our commitment

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across all Adminformatics products. Accessibility is an active area of investment, not a compliance checkbox.

Our platform serves research administrators, faculty, and institutional staff who depend on it for daily operations. We believe everyone on those teams deserves a fully usable experience.

Standards and conformance

Target standard — WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Conformance status — Partially conformant. We are actively remediating known gaps and run accessibility audits as part of each major release cycle.
Testing approach — Automated testing via axe-core integrated into our CI pipeline, supplemented by manual testing with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.

Assistive technologies tested

We test against the following combinations:

NVDA + Chrome on Windows
VoiceOver + Safari on macOS
VoiceOver + Safari on iOS
Keyboard-only navigation on Chrome and Firefox
Windows High Contrast mode

Known limitations

Some complex data table interactions — including multi-column sort and filtering in Research Logix — have known keyboard navigation gaps that we are actively working to address. Rich text editors within Form Logix may have partial screen reader support for advanced formatting operations.

If a barrier prevents you from completing a task, contact us. We will work with your institution to find an accessible path to completion while we address the underlying issue.

If you experience an accessibility barrier in any Adminformatics product, please include:

The URL or screen where the issue occurred.
The assistive technology and browser you were using.
A description of what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
